The length of a coaching relationship and duration of each session will vary according to the alliance that is agreed at the outset – a good starting point for most is a 3-6 month arrangement consisting of a series of coaching sessions. 

Team development coaching and facilitation is agreed on a case by case basis.  Following preliminary discussions we will draw up a proposal for discussion before proceeding.  One size or solution will not fit all. 

At the closeout, a review of the outcomes and benefits will be made to ensure that the coaching alliance has made a difference.

Training and team based solutions:
One of our partners will discuss your needs and work with you to identify what outcomes you want to achieve and how they will be measured – and only then will we propose a solution. Our philosophy is to put the clients outcomes first, and only suggest solutions that we truly believe will achieve them.

Changepace facilitators and coaches are certified to apply a wide variety of diagnostic techniques that assist on team development including Myers Brigs Type Indicator (MBTi) and the Thomas Kilman conflict instrument.
